As a Seattle Sun Tanning and Light Spa client, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
Services—we stand behind our services 100%. If you are ever unsatisfied with the results of one of our services, we will do whatever we can to make your experience more enjoyable, and help you get the results that you desire. For additional questions about our services, visit our FAQ page.
Products—we are committed to ensuring that you receive the best and most authentic products. When you shop with us, we guarantee that you are purchasing from an authorized retailer of the brands that we carry. When shopping from unauthorized retailers you run the risk of purchasing counterfeit, expired, or even used products.
Returns and exchanges (online purchase)
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your product for in-store credit.
Returns within 7 days of receiving your order can be exchanged for store credit minus a 30% processing fee. Product must be at least 3/4 full. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.
All returns MUST contain a copy of your invoice with the unique Return # that we provide you.
To begin the return process please complete the Return Request form under your Account History, returns MUST be processed online.
Product can NOT be returned at retail locations.
