Step 1: Stay hydrated
Ensure you are well-hydrated before using the Infrared Sauna Pod. Drink water to stay properly hydrated throughout the session.
Step 2: Get comfortable
A comfortable spa wrap is provided for you to wear during the session. Avoid wearing any jewelry or accessories that may heat up or interfere with the treatment.
Step 3: Apply product
Reduce the appearance of cellulite, tighten, tone, and firm the skin by applying an infrared enhancing gel. Select a product that is packed with powerful anti-aging and skin detoxifying properties. Apply immediately prior to your Infrared Sauna Pod session.
Step 4: Customize sessions
Choose between a variety of aromatherapy scents ranging from stress reducing Lavender to energy boosting, Sweet Orange.
Step 5: Adjust temperature
Set the temperature and settings to the desired level. Low Heat settings create the perfect environment for a power nap where you can enhance mental acuity and improve energy. Medium Heat is great for improving flexibility, toning, firming, strength and endurance. High Heat helps improve fitness for short and long-term weight management. Once you're in the pod, adjust your body to a comfortable position.
Step 6: Session duration
20-30 minute sessions are recommended. You may want to begin with shorter Infrared Sauna Pod sessions and gradually increase the duration based on your comfort level and the device guidelines.
Step 7: Cool down
After the session, take some time to cool down gradually. Slowly exit the Infrared Sauna Pod, and allow your body to adjust to the ambient temperature.
Step 8: Re-hydrate
Drink water to rehydrate your body after the Infrared Sauna Pod session, which can induce sweating.
