Salon associates are an essential part of our team. Our associates directly assist our clients and help ensure that they receive the most enjoyable experience while visiting our salons. Our associates focus on educating clients on the tanning process, the benefits of using premium skin care products, and the benefit of our spa & wellness services to promote a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to excel, with a strong desire for both personal and professional growth. Familiarity with the sales process and a strong customer service background is preferred. Additionally, the candidate will also have a strong interest in actively promoting Seattle Sun Tan in the community through various charity and community events.
Qualifications
18+ with high school diploma or GED
Retail sales or customer service (recommended)
Comfortable engaging with clients and selling
Proficient with basic computer tasks
Stable work history with references
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Excellent written & verbal communication
Tanning Salon experience +
Open availability ++
Responsibilities
Ensure every client receives the most enjoyable service
Educate clients on the tanning process, product, and services
Perform sales presentations and salon tours
Address client requests through appropriate communication channels
Maintain cleanliness and integrity of salon with daily duties
Self-educate on pricing, products, services, promotions, and advertising
Represent Seattle Sun at local events and within your community as a brand ambassador
